Tips for when you get there:
When you first arrive to your destination we suggest you unpack your suitcase and organize all of your things. Being organized and knowing where everything is will help you feel more relaxed.
Stretch every morning, your body goes through a lot when traveling. Stretching will help you feel good!
Try to start and end your day with a large glass of water to keep you hydrated. Traveling will make your skin super dehydrated so you want to make sure you are always drinking as much water as you can!
Make sure you are taking your vitamins every morning and take a magnesium pill every night before bed with a large glass of water.
Start your day off with good nourishing foods. For example: Fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, eggs, nuts..even if you don’t eat healthy foods the rest of the day at least you got in one healthy meal.
It is vacation, so don’t stress too much over what you’re eating. Enjoy it! Eating new foods is one of the best things about traveling! It’s not going to change your entire body eating what you want to while on vacation!
Try to start your morning off with a walk outside in nature. If you are somewhere where that’s not possible do a quick hotel room workout. We have lots of workouts on our page that you can do in a hotel room!
Tips for flying:
Make sure your drinking a lot of water while on the flight.
Take a magnesium before you take off to help with bloating. (traveling can make you bloated so taking this will help a lot)
Pack healthy snacks in your carry on. You never know what kind of food will be at the airport so take snacks you know you like and that are good for you. Some examples: Nut mixes, salted almonds, dark chocolate, protein bars.
While you’re at the airport waiting to board you might as well get some steps in before you sit on a long flight.
